Objective

Create a direct channel for loyal customers where they could offer free shipping, special promotions, and in-store pricing, avoiding sales platforms that charge commissions and gaining better control to activate or deactivate products and promotions day-to-day.

Brief Description

I developed a web app focused on mobile use, allowing customers—mostly coming from Instagram—to view photos, choose options, and place their orders directly with the restaurant.

Outcome

This was a very rewarding project, as the client and I built the platform based on their needs, adding features as new ideas emerged. Their marketing support to promote the web app and the feedback form on the site helped us attract customers and gather valuable information.
